Landry Douglass
Owner / President / Broker
Landry started with P M Services in 2012. Under the previous ownership of Linda Steiner, he learned vast amounts of knowledge and was confident he would continue his profession in property management. He was the field agent until 2015; he then became the field and marketing supervisor under the new ownership of Lori Webster. In 2022, he purchased P M Services from Lori Webster.
His prior background before making his career in property management was in retail sales and management.

Cynthia Gonzales
Office Manager
Cynthia has been a dedicated member of our team since June 2007, playing an integral role in the day-to-day operations of the company. She is responsible for answering phones, overseeing our administrative processes, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the office.
Cynthia also oversees tenant delinquencies and manages the processing and verification of rental applications. Her long-standing commitment and deep understanding of P M Services make her a valued and trusted member of our team.
Kathy Garcia
Office Assistant/Maintenance Agent
Kathy has been a vital part of our team since September 2012. She manages communication with potential applicants and coordinates and schedules showing appointments.
In addition to her work with applicants, Kathy is responsible for scheduling and following up on work orders. She also oversees larger maintenance projects, obtaining bids and securing approvals from vendors. Her commitment extends beyond regular hours, as she also handles after-hours emergency maintenance calls, ensuring our tenants' needs are met around the clock.

P M Services has been successfully serving the needs of property owners and their residents in the Central Valley since 1993.
P M Services is led by its president, Landry Douglass, a skilled property manager with years of experience in the local market. Landry holds a California Bureau of Real Estate Broker's License. He does continuing education classes in marketing and business through the California Apartment Association to stay current with all issues relating to the successful management of investment properties. Landry is a member in good standing of the California Apartment Association and Better Business Bureau (A+ Rating).
P M Services manages approximately 500 doors from single-family homes to multi family apartment complexes. Our office staff consists of four full-time employees and we have many on-site managers at various complexes. P M Services owes the majority of its success to referrals from satisfied clients, realtors, brokers and other business associates in Fresno.
